We can’t accept returns or process refunds because all of our merch is printed custom, to the settings you specified and shipped out by the printing company. We have to pay them regardless and can’t accept back your merch. We don’t make any profit on the merch, unless you donate at time of purchase.
If the item is defective, we will email TeeHatch, our shirt supplier and see if they will replace it for you. We can’t guarantee they will do that though.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
